Aging Workforce - Overview This page aims to raise awareness of the challenges of an aging workforce. It offers a diagnostic of the demographic changes in the Canadian population and its workforce. It provides a summary analysis of the impacts of these demographic changes on the workforce, the employers and the employees and attempts to dissipate some myths discriminating against older workers.
