Advance Care Planning Guide
The government of Ontario has produced the Guide to Advance Care Planning as part of Ontario's Strategy for Alzheimer Disease and Related Dementias. It provides valuable information for seniors on making choices about personal care including health care (treatment and services), food, living arrangements and housing, clothing, hygiene and safety.

Ontario Association of Non-Profit Homes and Services for Seniors (<abbr>OANHSS</abbr>)
<abbr>OANHSS</abbr> is a provincial, non-profit organization representing long term care facilities, seniors housing, and community agencies that provide care and services on a not-for-profit basis.

Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board - Care Homes
Tenants living in care homes (i.e. retirement residences, homes for special care, group homes with special services) are protected by the general rules set out in the Tenant Protection Act as well as special rules which apply only to care homes.

Seniors' Care : Residences Offering Care

Seniors' Care : Supportive Housing

Canadian Alliance of Long Term Care (<abbr>CALTC</abbr>)

The Canadian Association for Community Care (<abbr title="Canadian Association for Community Care">CACC</abbr>) is a national, non-profit, formed in 1995 by the merger of HomeSupport Canada and the Canadian Long Term Care Association. <abbr title="Canadian Association for Community Care">CACC</abbr>'s guiding principle is our commitment to a strong national voice for the community care sector.
